Working with the regions largest Main Contractor on this prestigious project, Spirit Projects provided both Mechanical & Electrical pre-construction and project support, saving the main contractor circa £ 200k on the Building Services Package.

Working with Norlife on a number of projects carried out under the Norfolk LIFT initive. Projects involved Mechanical & Electrical design, pre-construction and project support on the following projects:

The Johnson Community Hospital, Spalding.

Working with one of the UK's largest Building Services Contractors, Spirit Projects provided Project Management and Commissioning support throughout this £ 6m Building Services Project. 

Pathfinder House, Huntingdon.

Working with one of the UK's largest Main Contractors on this development of new Council Headquaters for Huntingdon District Council, Spirit Projects provided pre-construction advise, Mechanical & Electrical sub-contract selection support, Mechanical & Electrical project co-ordination, monitoring and commissioning support services from concept through to handover.
